Thai Boxing and Self Defence Training
Self defence training is practical as opposed to sport-orientated, being focused towards combat effectiveness.
Our base martial art is Muay Thai. This is practiced from a self-defence perspective as opposed to competition.

Training is delivered using Neuro-Linguistic/Neural based techniques to accelerate learning and ensure retention under stressful situations.
FEMPOWER self defence training can be arranged on request.
Members regularly attend training courses throughout the country to update training and keep abreast of new ideas, concepts and training practices.
