Teesside Kettlebell Club

Teesside Kettlebell Club meets at various locations training both indoors and outdoors.

The main training sessions are in Potter's Bar Gym Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 to 6:30pm. See contacts page for location and parking.

MMA conditioning methods such as farmer's bars, sandbags and grip training are carried out.
