Fitness Training

Fitness training consists of:

Training is aimed towards specific areas of combat-related fitness such as overall body strength, explosive power, grip strength and stamina.

Members of club have participated in half and full marathons, orienteering, triathlons and a number are entering in Kettle bell competitions.
